EDUQORA Terms of Service

EDUQORA is an online educational platform designed to provide interactive and personalized learning experiences.

EDUQORA may provide:

• Interactive educational lessons;
• English learning;
• Mathematics learning;
• AI-powered learning assistance;
• QOREE, EDUQORA's AI learning assistant;
• Quizzes and assessments;
• Practice activities;
• Personalized learning recommendations;
• Student learning progress tracking;
• Achievements, badges, or other gamification features;
• Educational dashboards; and
• Other digital educational features introduced from time to time.

EDUQORA's available subjects, languages, educational levels, features, and services may change as the platform develops.

EDUQORA currently does NOT provide live online tutoring or live teacher-to-student classes as part of its services.

Accordingly, EDUQORA does not currently provide or guarantee:

• Live teacher sessions;
• One-on-one live tutoring;
• Group live tutoring;
• Teacher scheduling;
• Teacher availability;
• Zoom or other live-video classroom services; or
• Teacher-to-student private communication through the platform.

If EDUQORA introduces live tutoring or similar services in the future, additional terms, policies, or disclosures may apply.

EDUQORA may be used by students, parents, legal guardians, and other authorized users.

Where a student is a minor, the student's parent or legal guardian should create or authorize the account where required by applicable law.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information;
• Authorizing the student's use of EDUQORA where required;
• Supervising the student's use of the Service as appropriate;
• Managing subscriptions and payments;
• Reviewing educational progress where appropriate; and
• Helping ensure that the student uses EDUQORA safely and appropriately.

EDUQORA may request reasonable information to verify age or parental/guardian authority where necessary.

Certain EDUQORA features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not:

• Share your account with unauthorized persons;
• Use another person's account;
• Create an account using false information;
• Attempt to access another user's account;
• Circumvent account or subscription restrictions; or
• Allow another person to use paid features through your account without authorization.

You should notify EDUQORA promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

EDUQORA provides digital educational content and tools intended to support learning.

The Service may include:

• Lessons;
• Learning modules;
• Interactive exercises;
• Quizzes;
• Assessments;
• Practice activities;
• AI-generated explanations;
• AI-powered learning assistance;
• Personalized recommendations;
• Progress tracking;
• Learning achievements;
• Student dashboards;
• Parent-related features; and
• Other educational features.

EDUQORA may modify, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features from time to time.

EDUQORA uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to provide personalized learning assistance.

QOREE, EDUQORA's AI learning assistant, may provide explanations, answers, examples, practice questions, recommendations, feedback, translations, and other educational assistance.

AI-generated information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or inappropriate responses.

Therefore:

• AI responses should not automatically be assumed to be correct;
• Students should ask a parent, guardian, teacher, or other qualified person for assistance when appropriate;
• AI-generated information should be independently verified when accuracy is important; and
• EDUQORA does not guarantee that every AI response will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every student.

EDUQORA is an educational technology platform and does not replace the professional judgment of a qualified teacher, school, educational institution, or other appropriate professional.

EDUQORA is designed to support learning and educational development.

However, EDUQORA does not guarantee:

• Specific grades;
• Examination results;
• Academic rankings;
• Admission to a school or university;
• A specific level of English or Mathematics proficiency;
• Completion of a particular curriculum within a specific period; or
• Any particular academic or career outcome.

Educational results depend on many factors, including individual effort, prior knowledge, study habits, learning environment, and other circumstances.

Certain EDUQORA features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription plans may specify:

• Subscription price;
• Subscription period;
• Number of lessons or learning allocations;
• Subjects included;
• AI usage limits;
• Available features;
• Validity periods; and
• Other plan-specific conditions.

The specific benefits and limitations of each subscription are displayed on EDUQORA at the time of purchase.

Lesson allocations or other usage allowances are subject to the applicable subscription plan.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused lesson allocations do not carry over to a subsequent subscription period.

EDUQORA may change subscription prices, plans, features, or allocations for future subscription periods. Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice will be provided.

EDUQORA may offer a free plan with limited access to selected educational content and features.

Free-plan benefits may be subject to usage limitations, eligibility requirements, or other conditions displayed on the platform.

EDUQORA may modify or discontinue free-plan features subject to applicable law.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all EDUQORA orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to billing, payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize EDUQORA or its authorized payment provider to process the applicable payment.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

EDUQORA does not store complete payment-card information; card details are captured and stored by Paddle.

Subscription prices are shown in US Dollars and are billed monthly. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle where required.

Where automatic renewal is offered, a subscription may automatically renew at the applicable renewal price unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Monthly EDUQORA subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your subscription page; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

The applicable renewal terms will be presented at the time of purchase or subscription renewal.

Users are responsible for cancelling a subscription before the applicable renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

Subscription cancellation and refund requests are governed by the EDUQORA Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users may submit information, questions, answers, text, assignments, messages, or other material through EDUQORA (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you legally own it.

You grant EDUQORA permission to process User Content as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Service;
• Provide personalized learning;
• Respond to questions;
• Generate AI-assisted educational responses;
• Maintain and secure the platform;
• Prevent abuse and fraud; and
• Improve the Service,

subject to the EDUQORA Privacy Policy and applicable law.

User Content submitted to EDUQORA may be processed by EDUQORA's technology systems and, where necessary, authorized third-party service providers that support AI or other platform functionality.

EDUQORA will seek to limit processing to legitimate and necessary purposes and will apply appropriate privacy and security safeguards.

EDUQORA does not represent that User Content is automatically used to train publicly available AI models.

EDUQORA and its licensors own or control the EDUQORA platform, software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, educational materials, lesson structures, graphics, text, and other proprietary content, except where ownership belongs to users or third parties.

Subject to these Terms, users may access EDUQORA content for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy EDUQORA educational materials for commercial purposes;
• Sell or redistribute EDUQORA content;
• Reproduce substantial portions of EDUQORA lessons without authorization;
• Reverse engineer the platform;
• Scrape or systematically extract content;
• Remove proprietary notices;
• Misuse EDUQORA trademarks or branding; or
• Create a competing service using EDUQORA proprietary materials.

You agree not to use EDUQORA to:

• Violate applicable laws;
• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse another person;
• Upload malicious software;
• Interfere with the operation of the platform;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Circumvent security measures;
• Exploit children or vulnerable persons;
• Submit another person's personal information without authorization;
• Misuse AI features;
• Attempt to manipulate subscription or lesson limits;
• Engage in fraudulent activity; or
• Conduct any activity that may harm EDUQORA, its users, or its systems.

EDUQORA may use third-party services for purposes such as:

• Payment processing;
• Cloud hosting;
• AI processing;
• Authentication;
• Email and communications;
• Analytics;
• Security; and
• Other technical functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

EDUQORA will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance;
• Updates;
• Technical problems;
• Internet or telecommunications failures;
• Third-party service interruptions;
• Cybersecurity incidents;
• Force majeure events; or
• Other circumstances beyond EDUQORA's reasonable control.

EDUQORA makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and appropriate educational materials.

However, educational content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

EDUQORA does not guarantee that every lesson, question, explanation, translation, or AI-generated response will be completely accurate or suitable for every individual student.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDUQORA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

EDUQORA may suspend or terminate an account where:

• The user materially violates these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity is suspected;
• Payment obligations remain unpaid;
• The account creates a security or safety risk;
• The user engages in unlawful or abusive behavior; or
• Suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to protect EDUQORA or its users.

Users may stop using EDUQORA at any time.

Termination does not automatically create a refund entitlement except as provided by the Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.

EDUQORA is committed to providing a safe educational environment for students.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the EDUQORA Child Safety & Parental Guidelines.

EDUQORA may take reasonable measures to detect and address inappropriate use, abuse, harassment, or other conduct that may place students at risk.

EDUQORA's collection and processing of personal information is governed by the EDUQORA Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

EDUQORA may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where required by applicable law.

The revised Terms will include a new Last Updated date.

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, while respecting any mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, data-protection, and other legal rights applicable to users in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
