EDUQORA Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effectivity Date: August 13, 2026 Β· Last Updated: August 13, 2026 Β· Policy version: 2026-08-13
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewals, lesson allocations, and refund requests are handled by EDUQORA.
1. Current EDUQORA Services
EDUQORA currently provides digital educational services, including interactive lessons, AI-powered learning assistance, educational activities, quizzes, assessments, and related digital learning features.
EDUQORA currently does not offer live online tutoring or live teacher-to-student classes.
Payments for EDUQORA subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for all EDUQORA purchases. Your order, invoice and payment receipt are issued by Paddle, and refunds are returned through Paddle to your original payment method.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel an EDUQORA subscription through available account settings or by contacting EDUQORA Support.
Cancellation normally prevents the next automatic renewal.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable subscription plan, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.
Where applicable, users may continue to access paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
3. Automatic Renewal
If automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription may renew automatically at the applicable renewal price.
Users are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
4. Refunds for Unused Subscriptions
EDUQORA offers a 14-day refund window on a first subscription payment. A refund request submitted within 14 days of that payment will be granted where the subscription has not been substantially used. Refund requests made after 14 days, and up to 90 days from the date of payment, are considered on a case-by-case basis; requests received more than 90 days after payment cannot normally be processed by the payment provider.
EDUQORA may consider a refund request for an unused subscription where:
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase (or within 90 days on a discretionary, case-by-case basis);
- The subscription has not been meaningfully used;
- The user has not consumed a substantial portion of the included lessons or benefits;
- The purchase was made through Paddle, the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record acting on EDUQORA's behalf; and
- No mandatory legal rule requires a different remedy.
Refund eligibility may depend on the specific circumstances of the purchase.
5. Used Lessons and Allocations
Where a subscription includes a fixed number of lessons or learning allocations, EDUQORA may consider the value of already-used lessons or benefits when determining an eligible refund.
6. Digital Educational Content
Because EDUQORA provides digital educational content and services that may become accessible immediately after purchase, a user may lose or limit certain refund rights after substantial use of the digital service where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Technical Problems
If a significant technical problem attributable to EDUQORA prevents a user from reasonably accessing a paid digital service, EDUQORA may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Restoring access;
- Restoring affected lesson allocations;
- Extending the subscription period;
- Providing an equivalent service; or
- Providing an appropriate refund where warranted.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe that you were charged twice, charged an incorrect price, or charged an incorrect amount, contact EDUQORA Support.
After verification, EDUQORA will correct legitimate billing errors.
9. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a payment was made without authorization, contact EDUQORA promptly.
EDUQORA may investigate the transaction and may request reasonable information necessary to verify the account and transaction.
10. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, EDUQORA may restrict paid features until payment is successfully completed.
EDUQORA may retry a failed payment where supported.
If payment remains unsuccessful, EDUQORA may suspend or cancel the subscription.
11. Free Plan
EDUQORA may offer a free plan.
Because no payment is made for a free plan, there is normally no monetary refund associated with free-plan access.
12. Promotional Plans
Promotional subscriptions, discounts, special offers, and other promotional arrangements may have specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.
13. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
14. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be sent to EDUQORA Support at support@eduqora.net.
Please provide:
- Account email;
- Subscriber/student name;
- Subscription plan;
- Transaction date;
- Transaction/reference number, if available;
- Reason for the request; and
- Relevant supporting information.
15. Refund Review
EDUQORA will generally review refund requests within 5β10 business days.
The actual time for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider.
16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove, restrict, or waive any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This policy should be read together with the EDUQORA Terms of Service and the EDUQORA Privacy Policy.
17. Changes
EDUQORA may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Changes will include a new Last Updated date.
