EDUQORA Child Safety & Parental Guidelines

EDUQORA seeks to:

• Provide age-appropriate educational content;
• Support safe and respectful learning;
• Protect student personal information;
• Reduce unnecessary data collection;
• Prevent misuse of the platform;
• Respond appropriately to safety concerns; and
• Comply with applicable child-protection and data-protection laws.

EDUQORA currently does not provide live online tutoring or live teacher-to-student classes.

EDUQORA currently does not provide private live communication channels between students and teachers.

EDUQORA uses AI, including QOREE, to support learning.

AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable.

Students should be encouraged to:

• Ask a parent, guardian, or teacher when unsure;
• Verify important information;
• Use AI as a learning aid rather than a final authority; and
• Report anything that appears incorrect or inappropriate.

Students should be reminded not to:

• Share personal contact details;
• Share their home address;
• Share passwords;
• Share sensitive personal information;
• Send inappropriate messages or content;
• Bully, harass, or threaten others; or
• Attempt to misuse platform features.

Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to:

• Supervise younger learners;
• Review learning progress;
• Discuss safe online behavior;
• Set healthy study routines;
• Manage screen-time limits;
• Keep account credentials secure; and
• Report safety concerns promptly.

EDUQORA makes reasonable efforts to provide age-appropriate educational material.

If content appears inappropriate for a particular student, parents and guardians are encouraged to contact EDUQORA.

Safety concerns may be reported to support@eduqora.net.

Where possible, please include:

• Account email;
• Student name;
• Description of the concern;
• Date and time; and
• Screenshots or other supporting details.

EDUQORA will review reports and take appropriate action.

Where appropriate, EDUQORA may:

• Investigate reported concerns;
• Restrict access to certain features;
• Suspend or terminate an account;
• Remove inappropriate content;
• Strengthen safety measures; or
• Contact relevant authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect a child.

EDUQORA processes student personal information in accordance with the EDUQORA Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

Parents and legal guardians may exercise applicable data-subject rights on behalf of a minor where permitted by law.

EDUQORA encourages:

• Balanced screen time;
• Realistic learning goals;
• A supportive study environment; and
• Positive reinforcement.
